Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 to 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the course must be incomplete, and the content must not have been accessed or viewed. If the user has started viewing or downloading any part of the content, it cannot be refunded.
Course Refund Policy
We would like to clarify to our valued customers that the refund policy for courses is subject to the following conditions:
- Courses with Specific Start and End Dates: Refunds are not permitted once the course start date has arrived, as registration and planning are based on the specified dates.
- Course Cancellation and Refund: If a participant wishes to cancel the course and request a refund, this must be done at least 10 days prior to the course start date. After this period, no refund will be issued.
We are committed to providing a seamless learning experience for all participants, and we hope this policy is clear and understood by everyone.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Courses that have had their content accessed, viewed, or downloaded.
- Subscriptions that auto-renew or payments related to updates or extensions.
- Courses that include exclusive content or direct downloads.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Prepaid subscriptions
- Courses that have been accessed or completed
- Digital courses or downloadable content
Return Process:
To complete your return, please email us at [email protected] with proof of purchase (invoice or payment confirmation). After receiving your request, we will review the case.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return request and assess your eligibility, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items:
Refunds can only be issued for regular-priced courses. We cannot refund the value of courses purchased during sales or discounts.
Exchanges:
We only replace courses if they are defective or inaccessible. If you need to exchange a course, please contact us at [email protected].
Gifts:
If the course was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the course was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about the return.
Shipping Returns:
Our return shipping policy does not apply as these are digital products. However, please ensure you have canceled your course before accessing its content, as refunds cannot be made after you start viewing or downloading the content.
